Sleeper roof SCA 198
For the VW Bus Type 5 with long wheelbase, a comfortable bunk area of 240 by 120 centimeters is available with the front elevating sleeper roof SCA 198. The roof shell made using the hand lay-up process consists of glass-fiber-reinforced polyester resin. The roof bed has a one-piece bunk platform. The roof shell structure is four millimeters thick and is fitted with crushed-velour insulation. The locking mechanism is released here with a practical and easy to use locking strap on the driver and passenger sides. The overall height of the vehicle is less than two meters, making it suitable for underground car parks.
